How Envisianote uses your Google data

Envisianote connects the decisions, work and knowledge behind software development. To do that for your own work, it reads the meetings, documents and calendar you choose to connect. You stay in control of what it can see, and you can disconnect at any time.

Google Calendar

Read-only. Envisianote shows your upcoming meetings with the context you need for each one, and uses the attendee list to label who said what in a recording instead of "Speaker A". We never create, change or delete events.

Google Docs

Read-only. Design docs, RFCs and specs are where engineering decisions actually get written down. Envisianote reads the documents you choose so it can surface the open questions, decisions and action items inside them — and quote them back when you ask.

Google Drive

Read-only, and only to list your existing Google Docs so you can pick which ones Envisianote should follow. We filter to documents you own or can edit — never Sheets, Slides, PDFs or images, and never files that were only shared with you to view.

Exporting a meeting

When you export a meeting summary, Envisianote creates a new Google Doc in your Drive. That permission is limited to the files Envisianote itself creates — we cannot modify anything you wrote.

Envisianote’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train generalized AI models. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
